Body Fat
This clearly shows the “outside” (subcutaneous) and “inside” (visceral) fat.
A lot of people don’t realise that the “wobble” outside is not the only problem. The worst kind of fat you can have is the inside/visceral fat. It has a different structure than the outside/subcutaneous fat. Inside fat is more white and solid and outside fat is more yellow and soft.
The outside fat is “easier” to get rid off and not as dangerous since it’s not placed directly on the organs.
Sometimes the choice of food and drinks can determinate where about the fat will be stored. If you go for too many bad foods with saturated fats combined with too much alcohol then the chances of getting more visceral fat are higher.
That’s why you see many guys with the typical “beer belly” which looks sometimes really solid (all the fat is behind the abdominal wall as it’s more from drinking rather than too much eating) and bloated.
When someone has a very wobbly and soft big belly then it is more from constant over eating rather than drinking.
And of course you can have it as a mix as well…as a lot of people overeat and drink too much ;).
I will also notice that doing ordinary crunches is very difficult for a person like this down to the fact that the poor abs are so terribly stretched from all of the fat behind them that flexing the core is a huge challenge for those people.
That’s why I HATE when big guys tell me “Look, it’s all solid…I’m not fat…I’m just bloated…”…yeahh….right ;)
Anyway— Inside fat is much harder to get rid off. The structure is more firm and hard to break down. Just imagine it like the typical white fat you find in your bacon. Not only that — It’s very dangerous to have as well since it’s directly around the organs and causes damage.

Never knew this!! Crazy.
